Jamboree was both exciting and disappointing at same time,

I was expecting it to be of highest quality scout camp, but it was far from it. The climbing walls and water areas were disappointing including scuba diving. Everything was located much too far apart, and schedules were constantly off. It would have been okay for a fraction of what i paid.I did enjoy the arena shows, mysterium compass (despite 90 minute wait) and merit badge midway (staff were superb)Patch trading was fun and getting to meet scouts was great, perhaps there should be more…See More

Hi Yoni and welcome to NationalJambo.Org! Hope you are able to keep in touch with some of your new Jamboree friends through using this site. Good luck with the 1935 National Scout Jamboree patch contest. Please tell others in your Jambo Troop 532 and the Greater New York Councils about the NationalJambo.Org site. This way we can continue to build our online National Scout Jamboree community - Thanks!
