Lack of Info at my Council to plan for 2013

I am the Monmouth Council Coordinator for our 2013 National Jamboree Committee. Can someone please inform or explain to me why with only 2 1/3 years before the Jamboree starts I have received no BSA National information to do my job. Not even a Council Jamboree Guide book as was used in the past. I find the National Jamboree official Summit web site useless.
