Video Production Youth Staff

In 2013 I intend to be a Youth Staff member (Will Be 17). I was wondering if anyone know of a Video Production Position for Youth Staff. At the 2010 Jamboree I noticed there were people filming, but I couldn't tell if they were Youth Staff or even staff at all. Any information would be appreciated.
