Lack of Info at my Council to plan for 2013

I am the Monmouth Council Coordinator for our 2013 National Jamboree Committee.  Can someone please inform or explain to me why with only 2 1/3 years before the Jamboree starts I have received no BSA National information to do my job.  Not even a Council Jamboree Guide book as was used in the past.  I find the National Jamboree official Summit web site useless.  IT looks pretty but except for participant qualifications it contains no hard facts that would allow me and my committee to start real planning.  Whats up!
